Jeremiah Watson
As the CEO of Infinite Recycled Technology, Jeremiah Watson brings over a decade of leadership experience in sustainable business development and innovative recycling solutions. Under his guidance, Infinite has grown into a cutting-edge facility dedicated to transforming glass recycling through technology and research, with a clear focus on creating a greener, more sustainable future.

Patrick Elmore
Patrick Elmore is a seasoned sales and business development leader with over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management. As the President of Business Development at Infinite Recycled Technologies, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and impact since its inception in 2017, leading to its official launch in 2020.
With a strong expertise in business development and sustainability, Patrick has been instrumental in forging industry partnerships and advancing the mission of glass recycling in the U.S. His dedication to sustainability has earned him prestigious accolades, including the USGlass Green Award, Glazer Nation’s Sustainability Award, and the USGlass Individual Sustainability Award.
A recognized voice in the industry, Patrick has spoken at multiple conferences across the United States and has contributed extensively to the field. He has collaborated on two published glass recycling papers with the National Glass Association and authored numerous articles on the subject.
Patrick’s passion for recycling is deeply personal. He is driven by the urgent need to improve recycling efforts in the U.S., particularly when it comes to glass—one of the few materials that can be recycled infinitely. Seeing glass discarded into landfills motivates him to push harder, educate others, and raise awareness of the significant environmental and economic benefits of glass recycling.
Above all, Patrick’s mission is fueled by his desire to create a better, more sustainable future for his two daughters, ensuring that future generations inherit a world that values and prioritizes responsible recycling.

Nick Henderson
Nick Henderson is the Vice President of Business Development at Infinite Recycled Technologies, where he plays a critical role in driving growth, building key accounts, and enhancing brand awareness. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales and customer relations, Nick’s ability to connect with people and cultivate strong partnerships has been instrumental in the company’s success.
Nick’s journey with Infinite Recycled Technologies began in early 2021 in an unexpected role—as a Class A truck driver. Through hard work, dedication, and his natural ability to build relationships, Nick quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating his leadership and strategic expertise. His promotion to Vice President of Business Development is a testament to his commitment and impact on the company’s growth.
Motivated by a deep passion for sustainability, Nick is driven by the vision of creating a greener tomorrow for his family and future generations. His work at Infinite Recycled Technologies allows him to align his professional goals with his personal values, making a positive impact on both the industry and the environment.

Samantha Froendt
Samantha Froendt is the Office Manager at Infinite Recycled Technologies, but to those who work with her, she’s much more than her title suggests. As the glue that holds the company together, Samantha’s dedication and commitment to Infinite Recycled Technologies are unmatched. She has been an integral part of the company since its inception, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing significantly to its growth and success.
Samantha oversees inbound and outbound logistics, human resources, accounting, and financial workflows, managing accounts payable and receivable with precision. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining seamless operations has made her an invaluable asset to the company. Her exceptional attention to detail, coupled with her strong communication skills and bubbly personality, makes her both loved by all—and, in the best way, feared by most!

Stanley Yee
Stanley Yee is the Vice President of Sustainability and Technical Initiatives at Infinite Recycled Technologies. He holds a building engineering degree from Concordia University in Montreal and has extensive experience in the building façade industry, including design, construction, and consultancy roles. Stanley has worked internationally and in the US, contributing as a façade contractor, consultant/engineer, and scientist.
At Infinite Recycled Technologies, he leads a collaborative team focused on reducing construction waste and promoting the use of recycled glass in advanced high-performance glass and glazing systems. Stanley’s multidisciplinary expertise, combined with his empathetic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and sustainability, has earned him industry-wide recognition. His leadership is instrumental in driving innovation and fostering collaborations across the design and construction ecosystem, paving the way for future technological advancements.

Aaron Dahl
Aaron Dahl is a highly skilled Research and Development Engineer with a strong background in plant design, operations, statistics and analysis, chemistry, and experimental design. With a passion for innovation and problem-solving, Aaron brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role, continually driving the development and optimization of processes. His experience spans multiple aspects of engineering, allowing him to provide comprehensive solutions to complex challenges.
Aaron is particularly adept at applying his knowledge of chemistry and experimental design to create efficient, scalable solutions in plant operations. He utilizes statistical analysis to drive data-informed decisions, ensuring that the systems he develops are both effective and sustainable.
Always focused on continuous improvement, Aaron thrives in collaborative environments, working alongside teams to test hypotheses, refine processes, and contribute to the overall success of projects. His dedication to research and development ensures that every solution is both cutting-edge and practical for real-world applications.
Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about staying on top of the latest industry advancements and enjoys exploring new technologies that can further enhance his engineering skills.
